Description

If you are looking for a lovely boat trip off the coast of Terceira island, this is the one to take without question! Departing from Angra marina, start to sail out and enjoying great views of the city and the south coast of the island.

Cruise comfortably parallel to the coast for about 45 minutes before arriving at the Cabras islet, a set of 2 interesting rocks separate from the main island by about 1 km. The boat goes right between the 2 rocks and around them, providing you the chance to observe their small caves and fractures from short distance.

You'll learn about the geological events that led to the formation of the rocks and the migrating birds that occupy them during the summer, before heading back to Angra.
